8/5/08 on tap @ harpers, they were just writing up the sign that lists the taps to include this, so I got to taste fresh out the gates :D
Standard pint glass, nice deep ambery-golden red, creamy tan head fades
smells of hoppy citrus, caramel/biscuity malt, sweetness
tastes smoother than the majority of harpers standard fare, good creamy texture with a nice hop bite at the end, citrus caramel toffee malts, crisp and smooth
mouthfeel is creamy, good weight, good flavors, very drinkable
there was no specific style listed for this, but based on the name, and the amount of hopping, i can only assume its an english ipa and a pretty tasty one indeed!
