Pours a vibrant, clouded golden color with a very stable white head.
Smells awesomly refeshing, with a good load of dried leaves, which get amped up by a note of exotic fruits. Hay and fresh cut grass coat the hops very well, producing a very intriguing nose.
The mouthfeel on this is perfect, clean and crisp. Its light body gets just the right amount of carbonation to come along utmost refreshing from start till end.
Tastes of old potato peel, peas, young hay and a surprisingly pungent hop dryness, which features dried herbs and a whiff of lemon. Brings in an earthy note among white bread dough and an aqueous softness. Finishes bitter, with lemon and herbs both reviving, soothed by the hay and its aqueous smoothness.
This is one of the finest Zwickels I have ever had the pleasure to taste. It just hits every mark incredibly well, with its main focus on the overall balance. Lovely.

I love these Zwickel-infused somewhat new-old lagers that Gänstaller's doing. They're everything I love about beer and Lagers in particular. Full of flavour, balance, and that subtle brilliance which brings depth.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
