Poured on tap at Churchkey into a snifter.
Pale brass yellow and fairly clear. Quite a good bubbly collar.
Large herbal grass and spicy hop presence on the nose. Fresh spicy earth and pungency. Clean and wet, maybe a touch of thick pils and wheat possibly giving a good density.
Very unique palate. Quite session wet bodied, but loaded with grass hop and thick malt flavors. Loads of grass earth tones with a good soft herbal bitterness. Neat finish almost minty with good amounts of bread dough and touch of malt sweetness .
The only thing that is missing is some body to the is brew. Otherwise it would be pretty special.
