Pours an unfiltered amber color with a smaller coarse-pored head, which vanishes immediately after pouring.
Smells of smoky banana peel, sea salt and fudgy caramel malts.
Has a lower carbonation, while the beer still manages to provide a great refreshment by unfolding a late effervescence, together with a lingering, lighter tartness, which highlight the beer’s light and well balanced body.
Tastes of earthy malts, which soon turn a little sweeter by adding a toffee touch, which gets entangled into unforeseen bitter, lemony and dry hops, inheriting a botanical quality. Turns quite mineralic then, once the beer’s sparkling carbonation becomes present, together with a leafy caramel sweetness. Finishes with a little cardamom, salt and clove among unripe banana peel and a prevailing, subtle dryness.
Solid beer with an unusual low carbonation as well as no head to speak off. It does pack a solid hoppiness, which successfully defines the flavors in this in a pleasant way.
