Pours light ruby, not a lot of foam, just a thin sticky lacing.
Smell of vinegar, apple cider, sour cherries and lambic funk.
Sweet and sour cherries, but mixed with a lot (!) of lemon zest, covering up most of the vinegar from the smell. There's still acidity, with a dry apple cider feel to it. Funky green notes, hay, grass, wheat, the "works". Low bitterness, barely felt.
Kind of watery when it isn't just too zesty and sour. Dry finish, nice clean aftertaste.
Had better, didn't really care much for the apple juice here.
