500ml bottle into a snifter appears a clear copper with an off-white cap.
Aroma unfortunately comes across like urine. Slight urinal cake quality mixed with minerals/pocket change. As it breathes/warms up it gets lightly fruity with a hint of phenolics.
Tastes sour with a hint of vinegar, herbal bitterness and pulp/pith. Grapefruit and a bit of yeasty phenolics.
Medium in body with light carbonation. Sour but with some other character going on. Luckily the taste is better than the initial smell leads on.
