Hazy burnt orange with a massive off-white head that has a pink hue and quickly settles to a thin bubbly blanket.
Smell is bright and refreshing sharp tart fruits like orange, cherry and blackberry with a spicy peppery funk and some herbal notes.
Taste is tart red grape, orange, a little red wine vinegar oak, and only a hint of earthy beet with a spicy woody oak and a barely funky finish, mostly bright. It leans slightly acetic as it warms, as well as increases in earthiness and spices.
Body starts medium, then fills out with an active, soft foam, and finishes crisply tart and semi-dry.

500 ml bottle
Pours cloudy orange golden, sugar white head retains as a film.
Smells of lemon citrus, cracker malts, beet sugar and a hint of berry fruitiness.
Flavor is bright and tart. Saltine cracker malts and lots of citrus. Finishes with some berry and pronounced rhubarb.
Medium to full body with tingly carbonation on the tongue.
Really nice fruity wild ale. Bright, citrusy, drinks very easy and is very refreshing. The beet addition comes through moreso in the aroma, but the rhubarb is notable in the flavor. Makes for a nice addition of flavors, definitely grab this while available.
