50cl bottle
Pours a slightly hazy lemony golden, bit of white lacing for a head.
Smells of lemon citrus, tart apple, grassy malts, and some sour wine grape.
Flavor is very tart up front, lemon citrus and apple cider, followed by cracker malt and some grassy notes. Hints of gorgonzola and white wine near the end and some oak finish.
Medium body with tingly carbonation on the roof of the mouth.
Very tasty and enjoyable beer, worth a grab while available. Doesn't set itself apart from many of DL's beers, though, so it can get lost in the fray for regulars. Still representative of their high quality.
