Tap
Pours hazy amber red. White lacing for a head.
Smells of tart acetic and citric acid, banana esters, sourdough bread and a hint of hemp funk.
Flavor is a mix of sweet and tart berry over apple cider vinegar, sweet plantain, biscuit, sourdough bread, and a spicy oak barrel finish.
Medium body, light tingly carbonation on the tongue.
This is a really exceptionally good wild ale, among the best I have had. Really outstanding. It's a shame this is ostensibly a one-off. I hope they will do it again.
