Tap

Pours ink black, tan head dissipates to nothing.

Smells of biscuit, fresh peanut butter and brown sugar.

Flavor is of chocolate syrup, fresh peanut butter, biscuit, and a hint of tangy licorice.

Medium to light body, minimal carbonation.

There's a lot of good stuff going on with this beer but also a slightly off-putting tang that doesn't jive with the rest of the flavor. It's mostly very good but feels like they should have either committed to the rich dessert flavors or gone full sour. Would like to see a second version of this beer, tons of potential here. The tangy part does mellow as it warms, so it gets better down the glass.
