Cloudy straw gold. White ring of lacing for a head.
Smells of cracker, light citrus tartness, cereal malt and a hint of clover honey.
Tastes of cracker, citrus, apple, honey, pear, cereal and a hint of coriander.
Medium body, stinging carbonation on the roof of the mouth.
This is a pretty pale Belgian-inspired wild ale. Actually very enjoyable. Would have again.
