Pours cloudy brown. Eggshell film for a head.
Smells of toffee, biscuit, and brown sugar.
Flavor is of biscuit, toffee, mahogany, coconut and pecan pie.
Medium body, tingly carbonation on the tongue.
Really stellar brown ale. This isn't a hip style right now, so it's cool to see someone do it really well. A bit heavy by the standard of the style, drinks pretty smooth though. I'll probably come back for this one.
