500 ml bottle
Pours slightly cloudy reddish amber. White ring for a head.
Smells of apple cider vinegar, currant, oak and a hint of brown sugar.
Flavor is of green apple, lemon juice, oak, caramel and hints of red wine and bourbon.
Medium body, stinging carbonation on the tongue.
Exceptionally good sour ale, up there with the best Flemish examples of the style. Really worth trying if you have the chance to try it and are into wild sours and Flanders type beers.
