Tap
Pours hazy golden, white ring for a head.
Aroma is of citrus, tart apple, tart cherry, cereal and earthy undertones.
Flavor is of tart citrus and a hint of tart cherry over rosewater, cracker, zest, and oak.
Medium to light body, light sting of carbonation.
Tart, bright, and flavorful. Very nice flavor. Drinks slower. Very enjoyable and worth trying. High quality example of the style but may not be distinct enough from the rest of the catalog here to be memorable.
