Dark brown body with a thin yet creamy head; rings of lacing on the pint glass. Subtle dark grains and with coffee ground scents. Tastes include roasted grains, coffee, vanilla, and charred brown sugar. Medium bodied, smooth and velvety texture.
A very smooth and rich dark ale; nice balance and complexity throughout.
