Appearance: partially cloudy, honey-amber body with a nice one-finger deep, soft and creamy head.
Smell: Soft, bready malt aroma; doughy.
Taste: Light bread; mild fruitiness; dominating hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Very smooth body; soft, medium bodied; dry.
Smooth malt grains with a heavy (but fitting for the style) hop bitterness. Damn near sessionable...
