look: 3 | smell: 3.5 | taste: 3.5 | feel: 3.5 | overall: 3
Appearance: Pours a pale straw yellow that seems to be too clear considering they don't filter their beers. It's white head starts out small and disappears completely.

Smell: Faintly sweet, with a bit of wheat tartness and freshness. Not much else...

Taste: Fresh and tart, with a good amount of wheat flavor. There's also some honey sweetness that keeps it from being one-sided. I detect zero hop flavor, and the bittering hops barely show up.

Mouthfeel: Low carbonation gives a round mouthfeel, but it's a bit thin for an unfiltered wheat brew.

Drinkability: Average. This isn't a bad brew, it's simply not all that interesting. This was the least best of the Phantom Canyon brews I tried in Colorado.
