Brewery notes: unfiltered German stark zwickelbier highlighting Haller taught Mattel fruh hops.
Beer served in a dimple-handled mug. Deep golden color; one-finger thick head. Mild, malty nose; grassy. Biscuit and breadcrust taste; bitter. Medium body; warm.
A decent little lager, smooth and biscuit-like with a nice hop bitterness finish.
