SMaSH stands for “Single Malt and Single Hop”. The concept is to reduce brewing down to its basic elements and emphasize the flavor of a single malt and single hop variety. This one uses Canadian Extra Special Bitter malt and Hopsteiner experimental hop 09326 .

Served very cloudy but when the carbonation settles, it's golden and has a thick, creamy head. Mildly sweet aroma. Toasted malt flavor; biscuit; subtle hop bitterness counterpoint. Medium body; dense, smooth and creamy.
