Deep mahogany red color; thin, sticky head. Mildly sweet aroma. Taste delivers lightly toasted malt flavor; a little nutty; light caramel; peppery spiciness; low-key hop bitterness. Medium light body; crisp and fairly dry overall yet with a subtle sweetness.
A straightforward yet rather pedestrian take on a bock beer.
