Brewed in celebration of our 27th Anniversary as Colorado Springs oldest brewery! The 9.3% ABV is a nod to 1993, the year we were established and began what is now a burgeoning craft beer scene in our town. Cheers to all who have come in and helped support us through the years, this ones for you!

Clear, golden body; beautiful carbonation, fine and gently rising; dense and creamy head, white; respectable layers of foam circles and patches of lacing inside the glass; sheets of foam show up as the beer warms. Very floral aroma with notes of red berries and honey dew melon. The taste begins by mimicking the aroma; fruity and slightly sweet; light malt sweetness; a well-balanced alcohol presence. Heavy body; soft and supple on the palate; very mild boozy heat; balanced notes of light sweetness and subtle dryness.
I don't believe I've ever tasted an imperial pilsner with so much depth, complexity and balance. Talk about being better than the sum of its parts, this beer certainly is. Looks like I'll be heading back to the brewery tomorrow if only to grab another crowler or two of this immense wonder. Truly stunning for its style.
