Decadent, delicious and silky smooth. This dessert-style Imperial Stout was aged on a generous amount of toasted cacao nibs and 100 pounds of real raspberries! Notes of rich dark chocolate and fresh berries burst out on the nose and continue to meld together on the palate with each flavorful sip. Try pairing it with some of our signature desserts!

Jet black body; nice frothy head; d3cent rings and fingers of lacing inside the tulip glass. Nice raspberry smell right off; faint note of chocolate. The taste follows along the lines of the smell with dark chocolate being more prominent; slight dark grain char bitterness offsets the overall sweetness. Heavy body; smooth and silky on the palate.
An enjoyable imperial stout that highlights the raspberries and nicely disguises its relatively high ABV. A nice beer to sip on a cool November early afternoon.
