When two friends who love lager decide to put together a beer recipe you get a pretty darn good Helles Bock. Allowed to lager for 3 months, we love how malty and balanced this pale lager is. Thanks Alyssa, Prost!

Medium copper colored body; clear; thin, patchy head. Fine toasted malt aroma with a slight spicy edge to it. Rich, toasted and caramelized malt flavor; a little peppery; mild to moderate hop bitterness. Medium body; nice sticky residual sugar feel; light warmth.
Noted as a 'pale lager'(as well as being described as a bock beer) on the brewery's web site, this is a nice smelling and tasting strong lager.
Pouring temperature: 42 °F; crowler info: canned 08/08/22
