We lagered our Schwarzbier for nearly 3 months before getting it on tap. Brewed with Pilsner and a touch of black malt, hopped with Saaz and aged to perfection. Dont let the color fool you, this drinks like a light lager.

Clear, dark brown body; nearly opaque in the glass; one-finger + thick head, light khaki colored and lasting. Light chocolate and cocoa notes in the aroma. Nice flavor; light dark chocolate; medium bitterness; light astringency. Medium-light feel; smooth and silky.
A well-rounded, lightly sweet schwarzbier, balanced and flavorful.
