Brewed in collaboration with all 5 downtown Breweries: Bell Brothers, Brass, Local Relic, Mash Mechanix and Red Swing. Each brewery made a different beer using all Colorado grown malt and a single variety of hops. Ours is an IPA brewed with Vienna malt base with a large helping of Mandarina Bavaria hops. Ask your server about the passport for the collab!

Pours a clear, light gold color from the crowler, looks a medium gold in the glass; decent carbonation; thick, frothy, white head, long lasting. Good cereal grain aroma with a hint of yellow stone fruit; more caramel flavor as the beer warms. Cracker-like flavor with suggestion of citrus and earthy herbal quality with the bitterness, sage and thyme. Medium body; semi-dry throughout; light stickiness on the palate.
Good example of a SMaSH beer and better than the sum of its parts.
