Local Downtown collab,this french oak aged belgian quad had notes of ripe fruit leather, molasses, and dark sugars. Made with 100% Colorado grown malt

Mildly cloudy burgundy body; thin, semi-creamy head that shortly fades to a thin, patchy wispiness. Excellent earthy malt and oak-like aroma. Red fruit esters; dull malt notes; leather; medium-light bitterness.
Great taste with okay mouthful and appearance.
