The oldest American brewery inspired this traditional Lager. Springling drinks very light and has just a touch of toasted malt character, perfect with just about any of our entrees or on its own.

Pours out a clear, medium brown color; dense carbonation; nice head, bone white color; semi-creamy texture, lasting with flecks and arcs of foam inside the glass. Very nice aroma; light malt and lighter brown sugar notes; light caramel. Balanced, subtle flavors; mild roasted grain taste with a low-key malt sweetness; light bitterness. Medium-light body; smooth and slippery on the palate.
