Pours a cloudy pale straw color with a thick white head, fast fade, and spotty lace.
The aroma is of sweet wheat, nutty notes, and fruity citrus notes. Banana and lemon zest.
Zesty taste with lemon coming to the front but fading into toasty bread and banana aftertaste.
Overall, it is a nicely balanced, light and crisp beer. Easy to drink.

First had: on tap at their brewpub
Poured a very cloudy and opaque, bright straw-yellow. Noticeable sediment and a patchy white head with yeast floaters present. Smelled of bready yeast, spices, and somewhat subdued citrus zest. Taste followed the aroma, with notes of Belgian yeast, wheat, cloves, pepper and corriander, lemon zest. A bit harsh on the tongue, but not unbearably so. Light-bodied and flavorful, and quite drinkable, but perhaps just one glass will suffice...for me anyway.
