A: Citrusy with moderate lacto sourness.

A: Bright straw colored, opaque, with a very fine thin ring around the glass.

T: Citrusy, lemon flavors upfront, lightly bready, with a zippy, clean, moderate lacto tanginess that lasts through the finish.

M: Medium light bodied with moderately high carbonation.

O: Pretty tasty; the beer has a great citrusy/lemon taste that accompanies a clean lacto tangy sourness. Easy to drink.

Hazy straw color with a bit of big bubbly head that goes away completely. Aroma has lactic tartness and wildflower honey. Taste follows with tartness up-front, lactic, lemony but doesn't feel very acidic or abrasive. Light body and carbonation. A really easy to drink, tart & refreshing sour ale.

Fizzy white head. Golden yellow. Hazy.

Very sour and acidic. Lemon and citric. Light vinegar and a touch of funk. Green apples. Fruity.

Light bodied. Fizzy carbonation. Ends clean.

I think this is a Berliner and it's a really solid.

Keg at Redchurch. It pours cloudy pale gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, juicy fruits, pineapple, sour green apple and fresh lemon. The taste crisp, tart, juicy citrus, lemon rind, fresh acidity, green apple, pineapple, strawberry and straw with a dry finish. Light-medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crisp, tart and very refreshing. Great balance and straight-up crushable.
