another one from these guys thats really hazy, thick, flat, and acidic, but also is interesting in its fermentation profile and tastes quite good despite the lack of tidiness. its almost neon orange looking, dead still, and murky as they get, with a lot of glow still. aroma is a little sweeter than the cherry stone one, the blood orange is evident, some zesty freshness to it, a white wine note, and then a ton of acid, really intense, mouthwatering, and not real clean. the flavor is similar, the blood orange is well incorporated and its a nice element in this, but its really overwhelmed by all the acid, which makes this pretty hard to drink very much of, we found that true with almost all of the urban farmhouse series beers we had here. the fruit is fresh though, summery, and its quite good with the funkiness thats also here, identifiable as blood orange for sure in the taste. there is almost no carobonation at all here, and it really heavies it up. on top of that, the wild elements in it taste really young, like some time in the bottle would do it a little good, even it out hopefully. a fun one to try, and definitely different, but i didnt love it, mostly due to it being overly acidic...
