Had this beer on tap at a restaurant in Shoreditch/London. I was surprised how good it is. Yellowish/amber color, slightly sweet, biscuity aroma. It drinks very smooth with high drinkability. Has nice balance with only slight hops matching the slight sweetness. A pint goes down in 5 minutes without you noticing. As lagers go, this is one of the best I’ve tried.

330ml bottle into a pint glass

Mixed look, crystal clear pale golden yellow body. Bright white head fizzes away quite quickly, no lacing.

Hop and faint yeast on the nose.

On tasting, some character here, good balance, a little sweet.

Mouth medium, finish a sweet/hoppy/dry progression.

Overall, decent interpretation of the style. Like this one.
