Bright pale yellow color with no activity. Soft foamy white 2 finger head, lasting around 2 minutes, no legs nor swirl effect, decent lacing. Flavors of apples, pears, sweet grains, wheat, Wild yeast, and floral hops. Slick medium body with dense prickly and fizzy carbonation. Strong finish, very sour and tart fruits, not vinous but sharp and dry, ending with some cereal and corn. A bit candy like similar to yellow jolly ranchers. Berliner Weisse type of brew, but overly sour, not well balanced (nor enough fruity) although not hindering the throat like vinegar. Also extremely carbonated, quite excessive. Lacks complexity and nothing really interesting. Overall below average quality craft, the raspberry version is way better.

Can: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with a nice pure white foamy head with good retention and some minimal lacing. Aroma of sour and tart notes with light lactic acid notes. Taste is a mix of tart and sour notes with some lactic acid notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Simple straight forward sour with limited amount of complexity.

Clear golden beer with lots of carbonation and a thin white head.
Tartness and cereals are mostly what makes up the nose.
Taste is similar to the nose, tartness, acidity and sourness with a lot of cereals.
Good carbonation on the tongue. Overall pretty good but I prefered the hopped version.
