In bottle 500ml.
A golden liquid emerges from the bottle, cloudy with a foam that will diminish to leave only a very quiet lake.
On the nose, very herbaceous and floral, lactic acidity, cereals.
To taste, it works well, suits well the gruit style, tastes herbs, fine herbs and flowers, it is tart probably by lactobacillus, wheat is also present.
Fresh and it's cool to see something different on the shelves!

Draft: Poured a clear golden color ale with a light foamy head. Aroma of tart notes with light spiced and herbal notes. Taste is also a mix of tart notes with some light herbal notes and a spiced finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but not sure mix of gruit and sour is the perfect match.
