Bright pale straw color with a mist of yeast and chunks at the bottom. Thick foamy and frothy white 3 finger head in a stange, lasting around 10 minutes, with decent legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of lemon, pears, sweet grains, wheat, caramel, and floral hops. Slick medium body with moderate crispy carbonation. Light strength finish, cereal and flowery feel. Good freshness but slightly too dull. Overall good quality Kolsch.

Can: Poured a golden color Kolsch with a medium size white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with light fruity notes and some residual sugar. Taste is a mix of cereal notes with light fruity notes with some light residual sugar. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. The yeast doesn’t come out as the style usually suggest but still very refreshing beer.
