A: Pours a regular pale yellow color with hazy transparency. The head is pure white and is soapy, which is expected with the bretts. Retention is pretty decent for the ABV.

S: The smell is very very faint. Very strange. There is a little bit of tropical fruits from the hops. Some light grains are present too for sure. There is a bit of funkyness too. Some light pine.

T: This beer has a decent amount of hops but it doesn't take itself for an IPA. There is a good amount of tropical fruits in this with notes of mangoes and oranges. There is some biscuit-like malts too and a nice brett dryness to balance the light malty sweetness. Very well balanced and perfect as a summer brew, which was the point of the beer. Some very light funkyness.

M: Light and fluffy. Perfect for a summer brew. The bretts work real nice here.

O: This a great summer beer. It truly is and is a great example of a classic american pale ale (in terms of sweetness to hops ratio) except with a bit of bretts in. I would be really happy to see the same beer minus the bretts and see how it turns out.
