Clear copper appearance with minimal head. Taste is honey sweet, alcohol. Traces of malt, citrus, hops. Overall it tastes a bit unbalanced.

Pouring from a 16 oz. can into a Willi Becher glass, this beer pours golden and very surprisingly clear. It forms a two finger creamy white crown that holds well, however doesn’t leave much lacing. Great looker.

The nose brings in a dank pine mixing with huge sweetness of honey/caramel and even bubblegum. It also has some nice fruit showing, with grapefruit being upfront.

The taste comes in being much more malty than expected. The caramel/honey sweetness shows a lot. Pine is present and fruit is in the background. Maybe a slight floral aspect as well.

Mouthfeel is oily, syrupy, sticky and wet. Has a bitterness showing throughout. A sharpness, but not bad for the 10% ABV.

Overall, this is a very, very sweet and oily/syrupy DIPA. Not bad, but seems a little over the top on those aspects and definitely starts wearing on you as you go through it, making it harder than it should be to finish.

Rating reflects higher than I think I would put it, based on other characters and no technically “bad” aspects.

Pours a hazy burnt orange color with a light tan head. Citrus aromas accompanied by some booze, which is expected at 10% ABV.

The alcohol isn’t detectable on the taste until the very end, and it is minimal, but the citrus is most definitely not minimal. There are orange and pineapple flavors in abundance, and a malt component as well, making this dangerously quaffable.
