Pours a slightly hazed honey color with one finger of beige head. Pretty good head retention & lacing
S: Coriander in spades, mangoes,
T: Follows the nose, some lime, coconut & a touch of pineapple up front. More sweet notes as this warms, but lime & coriander are ever present, a little passion fruit as well. Finishes a little dry with lime, cilantro, & a touch of pineapple
MF: Medium body, fairly creamy carbonation; nice balance
Super drinkability, this would kill with some Coconut or Hot & Sour Soup

Poured into an imperial pint glass and still didn’t have enough room for the beer and head.
A little orange in honey is the color, unfiltered with impressive white head.
Aroma is definitely citrus forward but there is something else under that I can’t describe.
The taste is good, citrus and assorted hops wave after wave of them.
Then, once it warmed just a little, they Thai spices kicked in, both in the flavor and the schovile heat. Not heavy, just there, and if you drink it cold you might miss it altogether.
Glad I was able to try it, but not going to pick up a 4 pack soon.

Deep gold with a one finger foamy head, decent lacing. Aroma is subdued compared to Thai haze, but still great. Expected to be overpowered by Thai spice and hops but really nice balance. Sweet, crisp finish.

Fresh 2018 pint can from last weekend's release party. Personally, I find this to be a major improvement on the standard Thai.P.A. The flavors are bombastic, and while it hits 10% ABV, that fact is totally unapparent, either in terms of hot notes or the malty, yeast-forward sweetness common to a lot of "triple" IPAs in the double-digits for alcohol content. While it is a bit malty on the front palate, that is quickly contrasted by an aggressive, sharp hop character. The galangal is a wonderful complement to the citrus and pine of the hops, and the lemongrass is also quite prominent here. The kaffir lime shows up at the end, giving it a more refreshing finish and encouraging you to go back for more.

Appearance - The beer was a dark cloudy color with a bubbly white head.
Smell - Lime commands attention.
Taste - This is a lime bomb if there is such a thing. Lime is tart like key limes with hints of resin. The malt backbone combines with a creaminess in the mouthfeel. There is almost a graham cracker crustiness that contrasts with the lime. The tart lingers.
Mouthfeel - The thickness allows the beer to linger in addition to a milk stout-like creaminess.
Overall - This is a great variation on a very common style. I need more.

Look: golden amber, very clear out of the bottle, 2+ fingers of off-white head.
Smell: huge waves of hops and spice - tons and tons of spice, ginger aromas.
Taste: hops and spice dominate - and then toffee flavors from the malt. Very well balanced.
Feel: a little tartness from the spice, but the malt smooths it out.
Overall: a small brewery in northern Indiana, Bare Hands is doing some cool stuff. This beer is another example of that cool stuff. A big DIPA, the spices and the malt make it a flavor adventure. Well done.

Pours a relatively clear golden orange color. Slight head chalk white head that forms a slight film on the top.
Smell is of a nice pine resin mixed with tropical fruit. Lime and slight lemon present along with the grapefruit and orange. A nice tropical bouquet. Some slight spice notes in the nose as well.
Taste follows the nose fairly closely. The spices come out full force right up front. A blast of citrus, lime and orange, along with an odd mix of spices that I must admit that I don't dabble in much and can't pick out precisely. But they are there. Imagine Thai spice fruit salad. Very refreshing with a hint of a kick. Finishes with a pine resin coating the tongue and lingering spice.
Mouthfeel is on the heavier side, but in line with the style. Nice malt backbone shows in the mouthfeel, but plays a major backseat to the flavors.
