A Ton-Load is a single hopped hazy DIPA with honey. A simple grain bill of American 2-row Barley, White Wheat, and Oats combine with premium honey and Vermont Ale Yeast to create a clean, soft base to showcase the selected hop variety. A ton of the selected variety was added during whirlpool, and loads more for a dry hop to display its unique qualities.

Poured a hazy yellow in a snifter glass. Can barely make out my fingers in the other side. Get quite a bit of lacing on the side of the beer glass after a few sips, I mean gulps. citrus and pine on the nose. Nice mouth feel. Get citrus and a hint of pine, not as much as the nose. Get quite a bit of honey flavor. Nice bitterness at the end. This beer is made to showcase the mosaic hop and it does a ton! :). Really well done beer.

Another terrific beer from Bare Hands. Pours a hazy golden color with a modest white head and minimal lacing. The aroma is wonderful and powerful, plenty of fruity citrus on the nose. The aromatic punch leads to a more delicate flavor profile. Grapefruit and mango lead the way for me. Fairly full mouthfeel. Really nice DIPA.

I'm glad Bare Hands has put the Ton Load series back into the rotation, because they are generally great single-hop showcases. This is no different, presenting a Mosaic highlight reel, with pineapple, lemongrass, blueberry, pine resin, and pink grapefruit. Very little green flavors from excess hop particles or yeast, despite the full-on cloudy haze. Moderately full body, not quite as fluffy mouthfeel as some top-tier Chicago NEIPAs, but still very nice in that aspect as well.

Pours light golden. Completely opaque. 1 finger head. Aroma- orange, grapefruit, pineapple, mango. Little blueberry. Taste- sugary grapefruit, orange, pineapple. A little pine. Some medium perceived bitterness. Mouthfeel is pretty fluffy. Put pretty full. Overall- another real nice NE from these guys!

16oz can with a date I will have to pull out of recycling bin.
Heavy malt backing actually hits the forefront. Mare of the same, and more of the same. Pretty good, bit not on the level of the others.

The pour is a murky pale grapefruit color with a rich, off-white head. The aromas are dank hops, with spicy grapefruit and tangerines prominent.
The taste is a citrus circus - grapefruit, juicy tangerines, passion fruit, and pineapple. The mouthfeel is also on point, with a nice bite. This is outstanding, IMHO.
