The color of pineapple in my glass, with significant haze, but not milkshake haze - I can see the bottom of my glass. The fluffy bone white head caps this gorgeous beer.
The tropical fruits are notable immediately on the nose, with pineapple preeminent, and there’s also a candy sweetness along with some melon notes.
The pineapple flavor hits immediately on the taste, and there’s also the candy sweetness, but it works with the pineapple, and the melon flavor smooths things out. There’s a slightly oily feel to the finish, which also works.
I will be heading back to the brewery this week for more, because this is outstanding, IMHO.
