Another entry in Bare Hands' Single Hop series, this time with Galaxy as the star. Pours totally clouded over, with a finger of head that leaves a ton of retained lacing behind. The can also leaves behind a bigly cake of yeast and hop particles. Pineapple and blueberry on the nose, major pine resin on the palate, highlighting a lot of what makes Galaxy so popular. Really nicely made NEIPA.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a one pint can on October 4, 2018. A simple grain bill of American 2-row barley, white wheat, and oats combine with premium honey and Vermont ale yeast to create a clean, soft base to showcase the Galaxy hop. Super hoppy.

This is REALLY hazy - beyond milkshake hazy. But the aromas are excellent, with a ton load (pun intended) of spicy tropical fruits on the nose, and these aromas transition exceptionally well to the taste, where you’ll find spicy grapefruit and passion fruit, plus some pineapple awaiting you on this juicy journey.
