Very pleasant blonde ale - pours a beautiful pink golden colour with an off-white head that settles to a ring. Malty and sweet on the nose, slightly thinner on the tongue with golden syrup, elderflower and pome fruits. Ends bitter and hoppy.

Nice colour, nice bubbles when poured to give a good head. Nice easy drink, not too hoppy.

Pours a classic amber (beer :P) body with good medium sized bubbled big white head.
Spiky aroma floral notes carbolic soap and pine.
Real smooth refreshing beer quite light tasting hoppy without too much bitterness complemented with chewy malts.
Good mouthfeel and low carbonation makes an easy drinking sessionable beer with a big nod to the new world.
*notes* intensely bitter notes on cask
