Draft pour into a small tulip glass. Nice clear yellow color with very nice lacing. Herbal smell that carries over into the crisp, clean taste that is slightly bitter. Good beer!

Pint tulip from tap in tasting room. If you're in austin and have a moment stop by you won't be disappointed - Scott and Ramona have set up an awesome space and Taylor knows his process. This is especially evident in this all Brett pale.
Appearance is burnished copper, nose subtle noble floral hops and ripe tropical fruit which blend seamlessly into the flavor. Very, very mild funk, noticeable only to those familiar with Brett. Texture typical of a pale ale, with a bright, clean finish. Honestly the first Texas-brewed Brett pale I've insisted others try, and an unparalleled introduction to non-sacc fermentations for it's subtlety and restrained funk.
Thank y'all for letting this one clean up so nicely. So many commercial examples of Brett fermentations taste rushed, and scare folks from the style as a whole. Hope this winds up in bottles, y'all nailed it!
