Straw-like color and smell, with some yeasty aroma on this pale looking blonde. Pretty standard blonde with a wheaty taste. Tart lemon/nectarine (now I reas that it is peach) temporarily bites before it gives away to the wet feel. Easy to pound this one back because there are no notes that don't wash out instantly with the finish. Some carbonation hidden in there despite a lack of bubbles to show for it. Any macro drinker could take this beer and probably enjoy it. I may not be the biggest fan of blondes as my pallet likes more complex flavors, but my girlfriend was interested and they do put proceeds towards fish conservation efforts. Not bad.
