Envision standing on a beach, slicing a fresh passion fruit, watching the waves roll in. That's how our passion fruit sour will make you feel. Aptly nicknamed "a vacation in a bottle," we blend in passion fruit with a variety of house yeast strains during its 18 months of aging in oak barrels to develop a refreshing, tropical sour ale balanced with just the right amount of unique barrel notes.

Bottle.
A: Lots of passion fruit, very clean nose, with a lingering sourness on the finish.
A: pale yellow color, cloudy, with a thinnish white head that has adequate retention.
T: Bright passion fruit flavor gives way to a touch of sweetness, light oak with a zippy sourness that lasts through the finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Awesome; the beer is very clean with lots of passion fruit, and well balanced between tart and sweet with almost no funk and a clean sourness that complements the passion fruit nicely.
