Pours a light blonde in color with a fair amount of foamy head a a little bit of haziness. A classic aroma of sweet, malted grains, but there's also a hint of bubble gum and hops in there. Taste follows the nose quite well. Predominantly sweet grains, but also a lovely, grassy hoppiness -- almost like a blend between a Mexican lager and a pilsener. Finishes crisp and dry. On the tongue, it's light bodied with lively carbonation. A bit thin, but it goes down easy. Overall, for the style it's pretty solid. It offers a bit more flavor and complexity than your traditional Mexican lager while remaining true to the style.
