A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy straw hue with a thin white head that fades to leave a thin halo.
S - Aromas of tart wheat. Very Berliner like, some really interesting green fruit notes.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, loads of creamy wheat, lacto. Very tart fruit, nice green fruits. Pleasant but not much depth.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, bit flemmy.
O - Overall this was a rather solid sour beer. Nice tartness.

Lots of lemon and minerally berliner weisse qualities. Not sure if I'm getting graviola but a seriously impressive flavor and body for only 4.1%. Very refreshing and tart, I wish more berliners+goses of this low-ABV sort were on par with this. Could easily drink a few of these on a warm day.

The Sour Me Not series are essentially all Berliner Weiss, kettle soured with lacto.
Pale pastel yellow, hazy with a thin surface froth of white foam, flecks of spotty lace.
Aroma is all lacto, crisp and acidic, lightly sulfuric, fruit is there but blends into the background.
Taste is acidic with a tart pucker, pretty textbook Berliner with wheat and lacto twang.
Light bodied, thin and crisp with brisk carbonation.
I wish the soursop fruit came through more, but it's a pretty straightforwardly sour fruit on it's own.
Overall I would try others in the series, which are still on the shelf at John's Grocery.
Edit: apparently this is a "Catharina Sour", aka Brazilian Florida Weiss.

This was one odd beer. Full of contradictions. Started off hazy and yellow, with a very fast, fizzy, and loud head that died very quickly.
Aroma was quite nasty. Tart and sour and lots of sulfurous smells that were off-putting. Some fruit underneath. It got more tolerable over time, not necessarily better.
Taste was surprisingly good (once I got brave enough to taste it). Tart and acidic and mildly sweet, no sulfur at all.
Mouthfeel was crisp and clean and well carbonated. Better than their Acerola variety.
Overall I do have to ding it for the smell, but it's still not bad when taken as a whole.

Way has a winner with their Sour Me Not series, but of the three, the Graviola stands out to me the most. The beer is not shy to bring modest doses of tartness, the fruit gives the beer another dimension to delve into, and the alcohol level is scary low for the flavor that it produces. In fact, the beer could be even pass as a Berliner Weiss with fruit, but I doubt Way brewed it to style.
