A: Funky and slightly earthy, lightly floral with a moderately light sourness.

A: Deep orange color with a golden hue, hazy, with a modest white dense head that has adequate retention and light lacing in the glass.

T: Crisp, light fruit flavor, with a moderate lingering sourness and semi-dry finish.

M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation and moderate, but pleasing fruit acidity.

O: Solid; the beer is crisp and bright with an interesting fruit acidity and complementary sourness.

From the bottle, it pours a hazy amber with a nice, small head. A bit sour in the nose. A lot sour in the mouth. Very nice example of the sour beer style. Yum!

This was a hazy yellow beer with a fast, fizzy, and loud head that completely disappeared rapidly. Not too surprising after having their Sour me Not Graviola minutes before.

Aroma was funky, sour, earthen, tart, slightly acidic, fruit, and grassy, with some yeast smells coming through. Very complex and interesting.

Taste was tart and acidic, not really fruity, with a bit of sweetness hidden well.

Not as crisp and clean as the Graviola but pretty good. Well carbonated.

Overall a good example of the style, and glad to try one made with such an interesting fruit.

Not retired/new batch/cute little 10.5 oz bottle.

A - Pale orange/yellow color with about a finger of white head and some rising carbonation bubbles. A thick ring and some lace dots remain at the end.

S - Very reminiscent of blood orange, tangerine, cherry juice; I assume this to be the acerola at work. Nice lactic sourness, cantaloupe pulp, lemon sherbet, green grape, a light grassy funk to it. Quite a unique scent and pretty potent for the ABV.

T - Definitely a big sour-orange feel going which is very nice and all, but doesn't quite capture the same complex fruit weirdness from the scent. Mostly just orange+lemon citrus juice, minerally, pretty acidic and lactic sourness gives off a Berliner weisse vibe. Finishes a bit vapidly but this is quite nice overall.

M - Very solid, great body for the ABV, nice spritzy carbonation and tartness without being overbearing, super clean, light, crisp and drinkable.

O - This and their Caju sour (cashew!) have been quite the enlightening sour experiences, definitely siked on what this brewery is doing. I dig the berliner-ish feel, the low ABV makes it uber-drinkable without sacrificing flavor, and though the taste didn't quite live up to the scent here it still delivered a solid and unique exotic citrus-forward sour acid blast worth writing home about.

4oz pour, then another 2oz: I love tart beers especially sour Gose's so I might be bios but I think this beer is phenomenal. Great sour tartness but with this citrusy kick. I believe it’s from the addition of the Acerola fruit. It’s a cherry like fruit from Brazilian. The best thing about this brew is its only 3.5%. This is a perfect all day out summer beer. Hope to find it in the states in the near future. 4.50
