Hazy yellow color with a huge head with eternal retention and leaving strong laces.
Undeniable Brett aroma with strong barnyard and horse sweat notes. Hints of pineapple and lime.
Flavor with predominant notes pine and a swimming pool of Brettanomices that gives sour notes of sweat, leather and lemon citrusy. Hints of lychees, pineapple and white pepper. Dry, hoppy and slightly acid aftertaste. Though its 65 IBUs were somewhat tamed.
Light towards medium body with effervescent carbonation. Alcohol of 6.9% is absent.
Brett has become dominant in the palate and nose after a while partying night after night in the bottle, but at the same time it gave character to this brew. It resulted in a refreshing and hoppy Brett IPA. Worth trying.
