A: The beer is brown when viewed from afar; when held up to the light it is clear dark red in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high beige head that died down, leaving wispy lacing on the surface, a collar around the edge, and lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of cocoa and tangerines.
T: The taste follows the smell and has balanced flavors of cocoa and tangerines.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer does a very good job at pairing an unusual combination of cocoa and tangerines. It's almost like biting into a chocolate with tangerine filling.

Popped the can top and my does this breath a lot of aromas into the air. Clear dark brown with a light and lofty cream head. Chocolate and citric fruits dominate the nose. Flavor profile follows suit, almost like a chocolate orange tootsie roll pop, believe me it is much more pleasant than that flavor description. Light medium body, medium carbonation, and a lot of resonance in the mouth after swallow... whatever that means.
Overall this was a good time, I'd recommend.
