Light yellow color with a thick head with good retention.
Aroma with notes of pineapple, coriander, tangerine, wheat and some lemon sourness.
Flavor with notes of tangerines, lemon, coriander, faint lactic and Wheat. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness and some tartness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Witbier that lean towards more the citric rather than the yeast. I liked the twist from tangerine peel rather than the traditional orange-lemon, they should augment that sensation.
